SCITUATE -- Kathleen Taylor knew her cat's medications for a urinary-tract infection were tough for him to swallow. Six years ago, she had to force a pill down Frasier's throat every day, only to see him cough it up and foam at the mouth for minutes, a beard of saliva dribbling down his chin.
