The Revere Youth Hockey program that Joanne Perullo remembers is not the one she now shuttles her son James to each week. The bustling Learn-to-Skate sessions her 18-year-old son, Charlie, went through as a youngster have been replaced by small gatherings of a few hockey hopefuls, including 5-year-old James.
