Days before Attorney General Thomas F. Reilly demanded a refund from Big Dig contractor Bechtel/Parsons Brinckerhoff for shoddy work on the project, his office increased the amount the state was seeking by about $20 million, to $108 million, a lawyer in Reilly's office said.
