These high school seniors didn't make their mark by scoring the highest grades or the most touchdowns. Their achievements are not the kind that can be recorded with numbers. They stand out because their actions and their personalities have inspired, enriched, and empowered their classmates.
You will meet a deaf-blind Perkins student who captured the attention of two US presidents; a Watertown Girl Scout who is a one-woman Red Cross; a pair of Wayland activists who may have tipped the balance in a tax increase vote; a senior who has blazed the trail for gay teenagers at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School; and a Natick broadcaster who has brought the wide, wide world of school sports into living rooms all over town.
