Bald eagles make soaring comeback
State project is growing a new generation
MIDDLEBOROUGH -- The young eaglet cradled in wildlife biologist Jason Zimmer's arms was anything but cute or delicate. It sat with talons clenched, sharp beak open and hissing, as a silver band, and then a golden one, were attached to its yellow legs.
