The to-do list of residents of Jamaica Plain's Forest Hills area is long. They want to reduce crime and loitering near the Forest Hills Orange line T stop, calm traffic, reduce graffiti, encourage businesses and better organize the groups that police the area, including two Boston police districts, the State Police, and the MBTA transit police.
