If at first you don't succeed, try again. That's the attitude of the Mendon-Upton School Committee, which has called for a second Proposition 2 1/2 override to boost the school system budget, saying that extra taxes need to be raised to prevent classroom sizes from growing to more than 30 students per teacher.
