Lieutenant Commander Steve Gozzo returned home to Maryland from Navy service in the Persian Gulf only three days ago. But that didn't stop him from loading the family into the car so that they could get good seats at last night's Fourth of July concert on the Charles River Esplanade. ``What a way to come back," he exulted.
