Reported rapes in Brighton area doubled in '06

Last September, a female college student living in Brighton told police that a male acquaintance had raped her after she passed out from drinking during a party at a fraternity house. In an unrelated case this past fall, a student said her boyfriend's roommate raped her after he plied her with alcohol, according to a police report. (Full article: 706 words)
