LECTURE

Peabody: Hear accounts of the Holocaust retold through music and narration, Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Temple Ner Tamid, 368 Lowell St. The evening will feature professional singer Rosalie Gerut, the daughter of Holocaust survivors. A composer and performer, Gerut is part of a group, One by One Inc., that works to bring together people polarized by war, genocide, and conflict. Swampscott: North Shore Philharmonic Orchestra concludes its 60th anniversary season next Sunday when it joins with the Paul Madore Chorale and the Swampscott High School Chorus. The concert will be held in the auditorium at the new Swampscott High School, 200 Essex St., at 3 p.m. $20, seniors and students $15, children younger than 12 are admitted free.
