Traffic 'fix' just makes a bottleneck worse
I agree the intersection [of Brighton Avenue, Cambridge Street, and North Beacon Street] is a mess (Drivers make a mess of Allston traffic fix," City Weekly, Sept. 21). It was bad before, but the new configuration is a complete disaster. Anyone with half a mind or a pair of eyes can see the problem. Why must we install cameras? Waste time, money, and my sanity. Mr. Tinlin, take a look, or better yet get in your car and try to get through that intersection in fewer than three light cycles!
