Army Sergeant James T. Aaron has returned from deployment to Iraq. The 13-year veteran is the son of Sandra Sterling of Lynn.
Army Sergeant Kevin E. Menzie has returned from deployment to Iraq. He is the son of Robert and Maureen Menzie of Haverhill and a 1999 graduate of Haverhill High School.
Army Sergeant Stephen M. Erickson has returned from deployment to Iraq. He is the son of Eleanor Gaudreau of Saugus and a 2000 graduate of Melrose High School.
Army Specialist Andrew D. Aculina has returned from deployment to Iraq. He is the son of Imelda A. Deyoung of Everett and a 2000 graduate of Everett High School.

Army Staff Sergeant Robert C. Leblanc has returned from deployment to Iraq. The 14-year veteran is the son of Robert and Linda Leblanc of Groveland and a 1992 graduate of Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School.
Promoted
Todd Piergrossi was promoted to the rank of Air Force lieutenant colonel during a fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Security Studies Program. During his fellowship, he researched cyberspace warfare and made recommendations to the Air Force's operational command. Piergrossi has been reassigned to Washington, D.C. He is the son of John M. and Florence N. Piergrossi of Manchester.

Army Private Maria T. Bresnahan has graduated from basic training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Bresnahan is the daughter of Michael Bresnahan of Newburyport and sister of Kelly Bresnahan of New Hampshire. She is a 2008 graduate of the Nashua Adult Education Center.

Michael S. Sidman Jr. has graduated from the Army Officers' Training Corps Leader Development and Assessment Course at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash., commissioned as a second lieutenant. He is the son of Michael S. Sidman Sr. of Franklin, N.H., and Roxanne T. Steeves of Lynn. Sidman is a 2005 graduate of Gilford (N.H.) Middle High School.
