Boston police illegally parking

  • Next
  • Previous
A 2003 Lincoln Town Car, registered to Patrolman David M. Fitzgerald, received a ticket in a tow zone - but was not towed - outside the Boston Police Department headquarters the day after The Globe raised questions about the enforcement of illegal parking on Feb. 10, 2009. The ticket partially obscures the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association decal. The officer's own ticket book is on the dashboard.
