Northwest communities slated to receive stimulus funds for schools

Governor Deval Patrick recently announced that he will spread $168 million in federal stimulus money among 166 of the state's school systems to help them avert layoffs and keep existing programs. The following districts northwest of Boston are slated to receive these amounts, pending legislative approval:
