WALPOLE
Town Administrator Michael Boynton wants to get the word out that pushing snow into streets with snow blowers, snow plows, shovels, or private plows is a serious hazard and against town laws. “Folks need to understand . . . that they are potentially liable and even potentially criminally liable if someone is hurt because of a snow drift or an amount of snow that is plowed or pushed into the public way,” said Boynton. “This is not joke; it’s serious stuff.” — Joan Wilder![]()
