The Hot Shots first varsity team of Chris Landfield from Medfield, Nate Lundie from Wellesley, Matt Reinemann from Dover, Tyler Swanberg from Wellesley, and Alec Trub from Sherborn won this year’s state title by hitting a combined 922 targets (out of 1,000).

Landfield had the tournament’s overall high individual score (194 out of 200), followed by Lundie (192) and Swanberg (186). Second varsity squad leader Bennett Palmer of Medfield was fourth with 183. The Hot Shots’ No. 1 junior varsity team was second in its division, and John Bush, 12, of Holliston, won the rookie division.
