A look behind the bars

The Whitman Public Library will host a free program entitled “Plymouth County Jails: Then and Now,” at 7 p.m., Oct. 18, in the community room. All are welcome to celebrate Halloween a little early with this chilling program presented by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department.
