Calling all dogs

Dress up your dog, grab the kids, and take a trip down to Plymouth’s historic waterfront on Oct. 1 to experience the return of Barktober-Fest. Enter your pet in a costume pageant, a barking competition (the loudest wins), or the Fastest Tail-Wag Face-Off. This pet-friendly and family-friendly event is sponsored by the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Nelson Park.
