Melrose
The Board of Aldermen and Planning Board tomorrow will hold a joint public hearing on proposed changes to city zoning ordinances pertaining to business signs. Size, density, and compliance with the building code are among the areas under review. A subcommittee of the Planning Board has been reviewing the code for the past year. The hearing will be held at 8 p.m. in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall. - Kathy McCabe
