Preserving gravestones

The Hanover Historical Commission is accepting proposals for professional conservation services for the treatment of 142 gravestones in the 284-year-old Hanover Center Cemetery’s oldest sections. Proposals will be received at the office of the Community Preservation Coordinator until Oct. 24, at 3 p.m. For a full version of the request for proposals, go to www.hanover-ma.gov.
