The Board of Appeals on Wednesday will hear a request for a special permit for a home day-care at 182 Trenton St. Other hearings will be on requests for variances to allow the addition of a third bay to a garage at residential property at 303 Franklin St., and for construction of a deck on a home at 9 Upland Road. The 7:45 p.m. meeting is in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall. - Kathy McCabe
