Newton Mayor Setti Warren, who bowed out of the US Senate race against Scott Brown last month, raised $103,000 over the same period that Brown and chief rival Elizabeth Warren raised a combined $4.7 million. Fund-raising had become a roadblock, Warren said when he announced his departure from the race. The campaign finance reports cover the period July 1 to Sept. 30. Warren had $136,000 in debt and $44,000 cash on hand at the end of that reporting period.
