KS Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development company, announced last week that it has purchased the six-story office property at 33 Boston Post Road West. The 113,050-square-foot property, near the intersection of Boston Post Road (Route 20) and Interstate 495, sold for $8.15 million. The property has an occupancy rate of about 70 percent, with its tenants including BayPath Elder Services Inc., environmental and construction solutions company ECC, and financial planning and institutional solutions provider Forefield Inc. KS Partners, with offices in Woburn and New York City, also owns commercial properties in Boston, Newton, Westborough, and Southborough. “We’re in the process of expanding for the tenants in the building and working on two new leases,” which could bring occupancy above 80 percent, said Richard Griffin, a senior vice president and director of investments for the company. - Michelle Cerulli
