Ideas sought for town center

Residents will get a chance to offer their ideas on reinventing the town center at brainstorming sessions to be held by Plan NH. The hope is to change the vicinity of Portsmouth Avenue and Winnicut Road into a pedestrian-friendly addition to the town’s commercial corridor. Plan NH is a volunteer group of architects, planners, engineers, and builders. Stratham is one of five towns the group has decided to help this year. Sessions will be held at the Fire Department from 2 to 8 p.m. tomorrow and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. - Tom Long
