A local developer has filed plans to build a Goodwill Thrift Store, coffee shop, restaurant, and retail space at the former Bournival Jeep property on Lafayette Road. The application by 750 Lafayette Road LLC requests approval to demolish the 25,000-square-foot building on the site to make way for the construction of two buildings with a combined total of 30,000 square feet and a drive-up window for the coffee shop. - Tom Long
