Police open house

The Lakeville Police Department, 296 Bedford St., is hosting an open house Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. to show improvements made at the station over the past year. Through donations of money, labor, and material, police and citizens, along with Plymouth County inmates, completed projects such as creating locker rooms, a booking room, and a detectives room; fixing the roof; and painting the station’s exterior, said Police Chief Frank Alvilhiera.
