The Kris Kringle Fair returns Saturday to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Reading, at the corner of Woburn Street and Summer Avenue. The event is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will offer fine quality handcrafts and baked goods, children’s activities, and bargains in three buildings. Overflow parking will be at Parker Middle School, with a free shuttle to the church. “Attic Treasures,” the fair’s equivalent of to a huge yard sale, will be housed in the church’s newly renovated Community Hall. Used books will fill the sanctuary and include titles for all ages; there will also be music CDs and recorded books for sale. Patrons will find handcrafted goods in the Boutique, and baked goods in Fellowship Hall. Also, a raffle and silent auction will feature antiques and collectibles.
