The Plymouth County Charter Study Commission met on Nov. 1 in Abington. The 19-member commission was elected to study changes to county government and make recommendations to voters in 2012. The commission reorganized into four subcommittees to study specific areas: the panel on government structure is chaired by Dan Pallotta of Hanover, on financing by Dick Zaccarro of Brockton, on programs and services by Ted Bosen of Plymouth, and on planning and development by Mike Cunningham of Abington. The commission’s next meeting is Dec. 6 at Hanover Town Hall. - Michele Morgan Bolton
