Saturday specials

Self-taught musician Michael Sheridan will perform a mix of blues, jazz, hip-hop, and Motown music at the Saturday Sounds Special at the Hingham Public Library on Nov. 26. Sheridan, who began playing guitar at age 7, boasts a range of influences. Recently, he became interested in South American guitar music. According to organizers, his performance will be an eclectic mix of his self-taught style. Seating begins at 2:30 p.m. with the concert to begin at 3 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
