Window decorating contest

The Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce is asking local businesses to join in this year’s holiday display contest. Each business will select a holiday theme that reflects their business, and then create a window display to illustrate that theme. Customers will cast votes for their favorite display by donating $1 to a charity drive. Each town will select one winner. Reading Co-operative Bank will match the donations collected by the winner and contribute a maximum of $500 to a charity selected by the winning business. The contest will run from Nov. 24 to Dec. 24. All themes must be submitted to the chamber by Tuesday.
