Stoneham Savings Bank has donated $350 to the Stoneham High School 1982 Beautification Fund, enabling the group to replace the aging Stoneham High School sign that greets visitors to the Franklin Street school. The 27-year-old sign will be replaced with one made of a composite material that will better withstand the elements. The new sign is expected to be installed in the coming weeks. The beautification fund had raised $3,800 for the purchase.
