All articles but one adopted

Residents voted to adopt seven out of eight articles presented at the Nov. 21 Special Town Meeting. The subjects of the adopted articles include a downtown parking and traffic infrastructure study, roadway funds, a school budget adjustment and the removal and placement of snow from private property. Article 8, which involved commercial and residential district zoning bylaw changes, did not get the required two-thirds majority. For more information, contact Town Clerk Joan Wordell at 978-568-9615.
