The farmers’ market has moved indoors for the winter and will be held two Sundays a month through April at the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall at 108 Robbins Road. The Walpole Winter Farmers Market will be open today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and next on Dec. 18. This is the second year the market is open past the fall, according to organizer Stephanie Mercandetti. She said an average of 12 to 16 vendors are on hand to sell their goods, which include fresh produce, crafts, and specialty foods. “It’s a great way to buy local and support local businesses, farmers, food purveyors and crafters,” she said.
