Blue Christmas service

The Halifax Congregation Church on Plymouth Street has scheduled a service at 7 p.m. next Sunday for people whose year has been marred by calamity or sadness and who feel a little overwhelmed by the festive atmosphere of the season. The service is aimed at helping people find perspective in their experiences. No offering will be taken, and all denominations are welcome.
