Northborough’s StoryWalk, an activity for youths that combines a nature walk with storytelling, has gotten into the holiday spirit.

This week, residents have a chance to take their children out to the Edmunds Trail for a magical wintertime adventure through the telling of Steven Kroll’s “The Biggest Snowman Ever.” The story pages are mounted throughout the half-mile trail.

This is a new location for the StoryWalk program, which has been expanded thanks to a collaboration with the town’s Trails Committee.

The StoryWalk concept first came to Northborough through the efforts of Zeh School librarian MaryEllen Remillard.

“The Biggest Snowman Ever” will run every day through Friday during daylight hours. The trail can be accessed by parking in the Rice Avenue area. For more information, contact Remillard at mremillard@nsboro.k12.ma.us.
