Gerald Douglas Sarno, the architect and developer for Hudson’s Deer Path Farms condominium development has won the Greater Boston Association’s 2011 Gold PRISM Award for the Best Attached Single-Family Home in the 1,800 foot to 2,500 foot category. Sarno said that each condominium and its landscaping is designed by the buyer and developer. It is the only condominium development of its kind in the country, he said. Approximately 50 homes have been completed and another 12 have been sold. There are expected to be 113 homes when the project is completed in 10 to 13 years. - Derek McLean
