The T is soliciting riders interested in becoming part of a customer opinion panel.
Complaints about the T system have a new place to be aired.
An ad recently appeared on subway trains — complete with a tear-it-off “please take one” flier — asking riders to become part of the T’s customer opinion panel.
After an initial sign-up questionnaire that asks about the respondents’ demographic information and typical transit use, riders will receive an e-mail survey once every three months soliciting feedback.
The big carrot? Participants have a chance to win a free monthly pass raffled off during each survey period. Curious (and vociferous) T riders can learn more at mbtasurvey.com.
