Police probe South End slaying

A 22-year-old man was shot to death in the South End early this morning, Boston Police said.
The man was found on Ditmas Court shot multiple times. He was later pronounced dead.
The shooting occurred several hours after a 16-year-old boy was shot on Blue Hill Avenue last night. He is reported in critical condition.
The latest murder marks the 35th homicide in Boston this year. There were 37 homicides in the city at this time last year.
