A woman who worked as a court security officer at the Stoughton District Court has been sentenced to two years and three months in jail for selling prescription narcotics in and around the courthouse, the attorney general's office announced today.
Keely Johnson, 32, was convicted by a jury yesterday on two counts of distributing a Class C drug and one count of committing a drug violation near a school or park, the attorney general's office said in a statement. She was sentenced by Norfolk Superior Court Judge Kenneth Fishman.
The investigation began in July 2006. An undercover state trooper made purchases of Percocet pills from Johnson on two separate occasions
Investigators discovered that the pills sold by Johnson were given to her by Joseph Iantosca, 52, of Canton. Iantosca pleaded guilty to a drug charge in June.
