Four teens have been shot on Wardman Road, off Columbus Avenue in Roxbury, police said.
David Estrada, a police spokesman, said the four were taken to Boston Medical Center or Children's Hospital for treatment of injuries that were not considered life-threatening. He could not immediately identify them but said they were all age 16 or under.
The shooting, just before 9:30 p.m., occurred near Washington Street, on the fringes of Jamaica Plain, and close to a separate shooting that occurred on July 21. In that case, a 19-year-old was shot near 49 Rockville Circle. He survived his injuries.
