The search continues today for a missing 11-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday evening.
Marizali Aponti |
Boston Police say that Marizali Aponti went to a McDonald’s in the Central Square area of East Boston with her brother Tuesday evening. When her mother came to pick them up, she could only find her son.
Police today released surveillance photos taken by cameras outside the McDonald's of two young men they say may have been the last ones seen with Aponti. They also released a photo of Aponti walking toward the two.
Aponti is Hispanic, 4 feet 6 inches tall, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Police asked anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911, or the District A-7 detectives at 617-343-4234.
People who wish to remain anonymous can do so by either calling the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1-800-494-TIPS (8477) or texting the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463). The Boston Police will stringently protect the identity of those who wish to remain anonymous.

Police say this photo shows Aponti walking toward the two young men, who appear to be behind the fence on the right.
