Watch out for the man with the bandage! The suspect at the counter in the Shrewsbury robbery.

He wears a bicycling outfit and covers the bridge of his nose with a surgical bandage. On one occasion at least, he made his getaway by pedaling down the street on a bike.

The FBI is seeking the public's help in finding the man, who allegedly robbed the Rockland Trust on Main Street in Weymouth on July 7, the Watertown Savings Bank on Lexington Street in Waltham on Aug. 7, and the Citizens Bank on Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury on Aug. 29.

The FBI described him as white, in his 30s, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build. His cycling gear includes a white helmet, red shirt or yellow rain slicker, black biking shorts, and sunglasses. In each case, he handed the teller a note demanding money.

The FBI asked anyone with information to call 617-742-5533.
