An overturned dumpster truck has been cleared from northbound Interstate-95 in Dedham, and the road has been completely reopened after one lane and an exit were closed for two hours, State Police said.
However, traffic remains backed up on the interstate, said Trooper Thomas Murphy, a State Police spokesman.
The truck had a boom arm that struck the bridge and caused it to flip at about 6:30 a.m., Murphy said. The driver of the truck was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with what police described as minor injuries.
