A 23-year-old Webster man was killed Friday night in a one-car rollover crash at the Allston-Brighton toll plaza on the eastbound side of the Massachusetts Turnpike, authorities said.
Jesus Munoz was not wearing a seatbelt when his 1997 Acura coupe swerved off the left side of the road, struck a light pole and jersey barriers, and rolled over. The accident happened just before midnight, State Police said in a statement.
Excessive speed may have been a factor in the crash, said Sergeant Dave Mahan, a State Police spokesman.
The accident shut down three lanes on the highway for about two hours.

The toll road takes another victim. At least the turnpike authority gets their nickles and dimes.

We love you Tutti! You will be missed dearly. You were a wonderful and very talented man who had big dreams ahead of you. This past weekend was the most horrifing news we all had to bare, and still continue to try to deal with. But I can say we were able to share some funny stories that brought joy to our hearts yet tears to our eyes this weekend. It felt like yesterday when you were here visiting. Soon you will be with us and a very big THANKS to all your your wonderfull freinds in Boston who have so kindly offered to help out your family here is Cali. it is very appreciated. Thank you and we love you for that!!!!
We are so very sad to hear this news! Jesse spent a good part of his teenage years living in my home, when he was dating my daughter, Rachel. We will always have a special place in our hearts for Jesse. Special hugs for Margarita....we know how close you and Jesse are. Your family will remain in our prayers.
