Road closures for the week of Nov. 2

Road closures and other transportation advisories for the week of Nov. 2:

As part of a plan to increase traffic flow throughout Interstate 90 (MassPike), lanes will be reconfigured at the I-90 East toll plaza near Route 128 Sunday. The new configuration will be in place for commuters Monday.

Lanes of I-90 (MassPike) East and West near the Ted Williams Tunnel will be closed Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Cooper Street in the North End will be closed to traffic Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for two weeks.

Two to three lanes of I-93 South will be closed at night approaching and through downtown Monday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. on Tuesday) to 5 a.m.

I-93 South Exit 20B to I-90 West (MassPike) will be closed and detoured Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Two to three lanes of I-93 North through downtown and Charlestown will be closed Monday through Friday from 10:30 p.m. (11:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday) to 5 a.m.

I-93 North Exit 26 to Storrow Drive will be closed Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday) to 5 a.m.

The Sumner Tunnel on-ramp to I-93 North will be closed Monday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Haymarket on-ramp to I-93 North will be closed Monday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The ramp at I-93 North Exit 20 to I-90 (MassPike) East will be closed Thursday and Friday from 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m. One lane will be closed at 10 p.m. those same nights.

I-90 (MassPike) East will be closed at Exit 22 (Prudential Center/Copley Square) Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Access from Frontage Road and Albany Street to I-90 East and Logan Airport will be closed Thursday and Friday from 10:30 p.m. until 5 a.m.

The I-90 (MassPike) East high occupancy vehicle (HOV) tunnel to Logan Airport will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The on-ramp from Congress Street to I-93 in South Boston and the I-90 (MassPike) West Exit 24 to I-93 will be closed to traffic Sunday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. Tuesday) to 5 a.m.

The Albany Street on-ramp to I-90 West (MassPike) will be closed Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The on-ramp to I-90 (MassPike) West from D Street will be closed Monday through Thursday from 9:30 p.m. until 5 a.m.

One lane of I-90 (MassPike) West in the Ted Williams Tunnel will be closed Monday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The high occupancy vehicle (HOV) ramp from I-90 (MassPike) West to the South Station Transportation Center will be closed Friday and Saturday from 12:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.

For the next several months, maintenance crews will be doing repair work on sections of I-90 (MassPike) East and West from the I-90/I-93 Interchange in Boston to the New York State line during the day from 7 a.m. or 9 a.m. (depending on location) to 3 p.m. weekdays.

The four lanes on Washington Street and Harrison Avenue are reduced to two lanes traveling on the newly constructed bridge deck. The Harrison Avenue Bridge has been reconfigured to allow two-way traffic.

Lanes will be closed on I-90 (MassPike) East at Shaw's in Newton Sunday through Thursday and on I-90 West in the same area on Sunday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Congress Street on-ramp to I-93 South and I-90 West will be closed Monday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. on Tuesday) to 5 a.m.

The Sumner Tunnel on-ramp to Storrow Drive will be closed and detoured Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. Tuesday and 10 p.m. Wednesday) to 5 a.m.

One lane of the Sumner Tunnel will be closed Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. (11:59 p.m. Tuesday) to 5 a.m.
