The roof of a Kingston business collapsed this morning while people were inside, but no one was injured, a Fire Department dispatcher said.
The roof at L. Knife & Son Inc., a liquor wholesaler on Elder Avenue, collapsed at 11:27 a.m, Nancy Bonarrigo said.
The warehouse measured around 250 by 500 feet. Firefighters believe the roof collapsed under the weight of the snow, Bonarrigo said.
Fire Captain Steven Health said the fire department is concerned about the building's structural integrity and will remain on the scene until inspectors can determine the full extent of the damage.
Gerald Sheehan, president of L. Knife, had no comment.

This is bad. I smell a Budweiser shortage coming. Or at least, a new Bud Light ad. Seriously, I hope no one was hurt. That is a really big building.
