  1. His remarks are disgraceful. I'm glad he is being taken off the air, for sure.

  1. Hmmmmmmm. last time I checked, it was a crime for people to enter this country illegally. So, I do not see anything wrong with call them "criminaliens". WTTK needs to get a grip!

  1. Even though I don't really like Jay Severn, this is ridiculous. Illegal aliens are breaking the law, thus making them criminals. His combining of the two words is actually accurate.

I think he mis-spoke when he said "Mexicans". I think he meant Illegal aliens from Mexico. To lose your job over that is a bad joke. Micheal Reagan, Bill O'Reilly and others called for people to be locked up and even tortured, because they questioned the "official" 911 BS story. They were never fired for those comments.

  1. Severin is 100% correct. he's referring to illegal immigrants, not all mexicans.
    What's the problem?

  1. Kudos to Jay...I agree with most everything that comes out of his mouth. Freedom of speech is a right we AMERICANS all have.

  1. He has been using the Criminaliens term for years. And its true. If you come over the border illegally you are an alien to this country and you also broke the law to do so... Criminalien makes perfect sense. Perhaps that's why liberals don't get it...

  1. I believe Jay was exercising his freedom of speech that his father fought in WW 2 for. Why doesn't the Globe go do a story on how the CIA is mistreating islamic jihadis or how great Obama is. In the meantime, I will continue to house train my dog with your newpaper.

  1. If these audio clips are what Jay Severin was suspended for I am shocked. FIrst of all, he is capable of saying something FAR more offensive. Secondly, what is wrong about saying something offensive about a nationality? And what is wrong about saying emergency rooms are condos for Mexicans?

I will boycott WTKK if there is not a reasonable explanation - which includes HORRIBLE "reporting" by the Boston Globe. If the words in these clips are all that WTTK had to suspend Jay then they might as well close shop. What a disgrace.

  1. Conservative talk radio=awful.

Find someone that's a big fan and they'll go on a long rant presenting data points they heard on the show attempting to disparage you and pump up their superiority complex. What these faithful 'dittoheads' forget is that this is purely ENTERTAINMENT for the primary purpose of obtaining ad revenue, and not hard news.

  1. Did he get suspended because of these 2 comments? this is ridicules, here is America and not Mexico or China!!!! he said the truth and nothing else. not that I like him, but I say this because of the freedom of speech. again here is America and he didn't say thing bad. hey WTKK put it him back on the Air.

  1. What's wrong with telling the truth? This is our country, not theirs. Why are we allowing these people to clog up our hospital emergency rooms and clinics. It has come to the point that we realize that we cannot take care of the world. We can't even take care of our legals. To hell with the illegals.
It's time we started voting these bums in Washington out out out. They could care less about the average American, as they are to busy planning for re-election.
It's to bad that politicians have fallen so far into the gutter. I will never vote for an incumbent, and that's a promise. Severin hit the nail on the head. We have a country of uninformed morons voting and making decisions that greatly effect our way of life. The Constitution was designed to protect us from the government and we are losing this protection a little bit at a time and most people don't realize it.

  1. JAY IS RIGHT ON. I DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM. HE'S BEEN SAYING THIS FOR 10 YEARS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH A LONG TIME AGO BUT THE TRUTH HURTS DOESN'T IT. .LAST TIME I CHECKED, MY MEDICAL WENT UP 12% IN PART THANKS TO THE CRIMINALIENS WHO GET FREE HEALTH CARE. WE'RE PAYING FOR IT..WAKE UP AMERICA...................TIRED OF IT...

  1. I don't necessarily have a problem with the two sound bites I listened to. People are intitled to their opinions, although the theme in the United States lately seem to be one of political correctness to the point of ridiculousness. We really are becoming a metro-sexual society. I don't think the term criminaliens is incorrect. It is what it is. That's just another way of phrasing it. They are illegals after all, and they are breaking the law by sneaking into this country. Like many immigrants that have migrated to this great country, they also are carriers of diseases that in large, have been up to now, erradicated in this country. And in answer to the second sound bite, it is well known that illegals do use and abuse our medical system, and we pay the bill. I wonder what is wrong with just telling the truth about a situation that exists. One goal of this society as it exists now, seems to be to try not offending anyone, Time for some tough talk and like action to address this problem.

  1. As much as I feel that some of the comments made by 'on air' personalities
appear harsh, there is a degree of truth in every word. Being politically correct all the time hides legimate concern. Seeing those with the ability and power to stem some of the illegal immigration and , consequently, an abuse of for one; the emercency rooms of our country and an increase of crime. do nothing is
frustrating to a lot of Americans. There is an abandonment to protect our own citizens. Comments against illegal immigration are growing. Our ancesters were immigrants, but legal ones. and look what they made of this country.

  1. Jay's been using the word criminaliens for years with reference to all kinds of people, Mexicans & the like. 95% of what Jay speaks is the truth/fact, and the balance is mixed with his emotions/feelings about the truth. Unfortunately, some people can't handle the truth. Here's to Jay & "the best & brightest".

    Posted by Kevin P. O'Rourke May 1, 09 06:49 AM
  1. Jay speaks the truth. I guess the management of the station can't handle the truth. He has been using those terms for a long time. All of a sudden, because of the SWINE FLU outbreak originating from Mexico, the management gets irked? Give me a break.

  1. what was wrong with what he said about the crime wave invading on our southern border

Posted by austin dunn May 1, 09 07:57 AM
  1. This is completely unreal. Illegal aliens are here illegally. That's what illegal means. It's a crime. It's criminal. They're crimaliens. It's a clever play on words, and it's factual.

Anyone that has the misfortune of going to an ER has quite possibly seen the same thing there. I have. Sure, not in Swellsley or Newton, but in your working cities, it's certainly the case.

Talking about what's going on is offensive? I'll tell you what's offensive. The Boston Globe. Please, go out of business already. Your paper and its bias offends me.

  1. Aren't all stereotypes based, in some part, in reality?

It may be hurtful, but that doesn't mean it's illegal, and it doesn't mean Jay Severin should be suspended. This is pretty closed-minded of WTKK.

Further, WTKK is not exactly setting the stage for First Amendment rights. If Obama's administration (and soon new Justice) is going to set the culture that people can be fired and/or suspended for making comments that "some" see as offensive, isn't this a slippery slope that we walk? Any comment, on a politically-based talk show that offends someone will lead to dismissal? This is a scary, scary place in which we are living, then, this America of 2009. Our founding fathers would be disgusted and frightened. And to be quite honest, I am starting to be too.

  1. I think Severin is a waste of oxygen, but I'm surprised he was suspended for these comments; he's said much worse for years.
He's a fake. He's lied about his resume, and probably about all the "models" he's dated. How long did he broadcast from his NY home before telling anyone he wasn't in Boston? Is he still in NY?
I don't know how people can listen to that negativity from him, or most of the talk show hosts. Plus, Severin is the worst for using verbal filler phrases to kill time, and he hangs up on callers who don't agree with him, not giving them a chance to respond. He's a ponderous bore.

Posted by JChris May 1, 09 09:42 AM
  1. No problem with the "criminalien" comment. In fact, Severin's been using that for years. The second comment seemed to generalize about Mexicans, and therefore could be considered "racist".

  1. What is the problem here? 100% Accurate. I give the Globe credit for posting this. For those who want our Country to be more like Mexico...move there. Too many have suffered/died to defend and build this once great country. Now it has been lost to soft left wing policies. I must say Bush didn't do squat to stop illegals either. We have crossed the line of no return people. Go celebrate in San Francisco and Cambridge. You won....The US is now a welfare state.

Posted by joefromboston May 1, 09 09:49 AM
  1. This is a matter of free speech. Jay has an opinion. I happen to like his show very much for its honesty. The PC police and the Globe are after Jay- that is what is really happening. I don't think it has anything to do with comments on Mexicans.

  1. This is a matter of free speech. Jay has an opinion - some people share it, some don't. I like his show for its insight and honesty. I think what is really happening here is that the PC police and the Globe are after Jay. The Mexican comments furnish a nice pretext for them. By the way, Jay is right and I feel he stands up for the average American. The criminaliens are not moving next door to Ted Kennedy in Hyannis or taking up space in the Democrat elite's private schools!

Posted by Mary Sea May 1, 09 10:02 AM
  1. I'm a VERY long time listener to Jay. I'm very familiar to how he speaks of ILLEAGALS. For anybody who listens, you know that he always prefaces his comment by saying he has no problem with legal immigrant, just the illeagal ones, and how we get stuck supporting them. He is by no means a fringe player. He is straight forward and honest about his feelings. This should show by the 250 replies to the article already today.

Here's the thing...if you haven't listened to him, don't comment and condemn him. The Globe has tried to slam him in the past, and has always had to print retractions because their articles misrepresent him.

Isn't it kind of amazing that the flyover of Airforce 1 that freaked out New York never made it to page 1 of the globe, but they consider somebody speaking their mind newsworthy? You may not like what he said. It's usually uncomfortable to hear, but it's always true.

  1. I don't see much difference between the term "illegal alien" and the word "criminalien". It's just a cutesy way of saying the same thing.

Severin was clearly referring to aliens crossing the border illegally. But the tactic of the P.C. libs is to conflate the terms "alien" and "illegal alien", just as they do with "stem cell research" and "embryonic stem cell research". That is simply dishonest, but something I've come to expect.

  1. Jay, I'm with you all the way!!!! Shame on WTKK for taking away your constitutional rights.

Posted by chris May 1, 09 10:34 AM
  1. Severin (sometimes) makes reasonable points in an unreasonable way. That having been said, the illegal immigrants (including Mexicans) are causing damage to our health-care system, our educational system, and our national economy, all while creating a permanent under-class of non-english-speaking laborers whose continuing presence casts doubt on the legitimacy and potential of LEGAL immigrants. Severin is being punished for being outrageous, but he is also being punished for being on the "wrong" side of this issue.

Posted by Keith May 1, 09 10:35 AM
  1. Suspending Jay Severin is another example of the media and liberals trying to take away right wing freedom of speach. It is okay for someone like Jay Leno to make fun of right wing conservatives like G. Bush, Dick Cheney, Rush Limbaugh or any right winger. They can be called stupid, immoral or anything degrading, but don't say anything about the liberals pets like illegal immigrants. I have yet to hear any comedian or liberal media type person put down anything the present administration has done.

  1. Whatever, Jay is minor league, check out Guy From Boston on You Tube, now that is some edgy material! But anyway, like Jay likes to say, let the marketplace decide. My personal opinion is that Jay likes to blow hot air out his behind; I can only listen to him for maybe two minutes before changing the dial. Jay doesn't seem to have too much to say, his ratings most likely will go way down, and that will be the real reason for his future "reassignment to Rochester." hehe

  1. A right-wing hater has a bottomless cesspool for a mind. The station has every right to control their image as defined by their employees. This is an issue of commerce not of individual rights. If he wants to stand on the corner of Beacon and Charles Streets and say all of this he certainly can. If the station feels one of its employees is damaging its integrity (already in question by hiring him) it can suspend or fire anyone that it employs providing it is not because of something (s)he cannot control, i.e. ageism (too old), racism (not the "right" color), sexism (not the right gender), homophobia, etc. There will always be people who are so paranoid that they believe they are overwhelmed by life and all that it brings, as many posters here prove. Is there an immigration problem? Of course there is, but to vilify or dehumanize and/or denigrate an entire population is an act of verbal terrorism that could incite the feeble-minded to intentions and acts inappropriate to the situation. Remember the Palin - McCain rallies and the calls to kill our current president? Aside from Native Americans, every American is from immigrant stock, legal or otherwise.

Instead of standing behind a controversial personality or show (example: south park) the company gets a couple of complaints and yanks him off the air. Rush Limbaugh is just as controversial, I don't see too many stations suspending his show!
Love or hate Jay, when he returns, this will only improve his ratings!

It really doesn't matter what distinctions he tries to tack onto the ethnic group, does it? if the illegals were a bunch of Irish construction workers, you know that there would be hell to pay if they were slandered.

  1. Jay's employer has the right to suspend him for what they consider over the line, that is not a violation of free speech or the constitution folks. It would be a problem if the GOVERNMENT censored him, not his employer.

I often think that Jay is over the line, but based on the 2 clips I'm not seeing suspension material. He's used the same phrasing numerous times, it's nothing new. And I happen to agree with him, there ARE illegal immigrants crossing the border every day and there ARE emergency rooms full of illegal immigrants seeking care.

Posted by rambamrmm May 1, 09 11:58 AM
  1. He is correct with his comments. The illegal aliens are criminaliens and are taken away all resources from the legal residents and citizerns of the U.S. Illegals never contribute to the success of this Country. You don't have to agree with what he says but it's a counterpoint that's needed. If I don't like what he's saying I exercise my right to "change the station!"

This suspension is racist and oversteps the boundry under Article 19.

the 5,000 mexicans jumping the border each day are committing a crime (illegal aliens)...criminal aliens. this is not an opinion. its a fact. why is this a controversial statement?

likening er's to "essentially condos for mexicans" is an attempt at humor but his point is well taken.

WE need to clean house and have term limits, otherwise it will just get worse by giving them a license, education and the right to vote.........why be legal?

  1. This is typical Severinese. He's an absolute hater and egocentric bore, but he's always been this way. WTTK has all his past shows available to review. He's never been any different. They know he says these things, yet they keep him on the air. They hired him knowing this was his style. "Criminaliens" is a clever way to describe the criminal activity of aliens coming into another country illegally. Why haven't Sevarino's bigoted words describing African-Americans, Women, Gays, Muslims etc been enough to suspend or fire him in times past? Ratings? It's the enabler, WTTK, that needs to take the hit here. If it were an issue of sexual harrassment, and the employer knew it was going on, but did nothing to stop the activity; it would be libal for sanctions and law suits. Let's have a list of belittling Severinese utterances and see what actions were/ were not taken and why. Does WTTK think a little time off is going to change the zebra's stripes? No, they hope it will pacify the FCC until they can bring Jimmy back to rile up the listenership. WTTK: A Frequency that Cares.

  1. I agree wholeheartedly with Jay's comments about these illegal immigrants who have no respect for the law. Only in America, do we seek to punish people for speaking the truth.
The borders should have been closed due to the 20 - 30 million illegal immigrants being here in the first place. Now every single state in the nation has a problem with illegals not just the border states. They do not follow our laws, they do not learn our language, they do not respect our society but do expect for us to pay for their medical, welfare, housing, and education, both public and college. When they do earn money they do not keep it in our economy but send it to Mexico or whatever country they are from.

Why in the hell do you think that California is in such a bad situation right now? If California goes bankrupt who do you think will pay off most of that debt? PEOPLE FROM OTHER STATES!!!

I don't alway agree with Jay and when I don't I turn it off - but to shut him down for the truth you may as well bring Jazz back on.

His anger boileth over because he can't stand that others who do not look like him are becoming more enfranchised in the American way. That is after all what our country is about. Yeah, some "patriot" he is." Say Jay, what kind of name IS Severin anyway?" :)

  1. Hey Jimmy Z, speaking the truth is not a subjective thing; just because you want it to be true doesn't make it so. Most enlightened people want evidence. Ah, and that is where your "truth" falls short. There is no evidence that even a significant portion of Mexican immigrants are criminals. Any Mexicans the subject of even that last 50 stories about murders that you read? Clark Rockefeller? Or the Craigslist killer? You're just using this "Jay's telling the truth" defense to cover up your own not-so-subtle racism because you have...no...evidence.

Once again, we're offending the rights of criminalien...Oh wait, "criminalien" DON'T HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS !!

  1. Jay has the guts to say on air what many of his listeners (including me) know to be true. Nothing he has said can be proven to be untrue, and although his words may be inflammatory, they are technically correct. I'm disappointed that 96.9/wtkk has allowed itself to be bullied into suspending Jay. I for one will no longer be listening to 96.9 if this turns into anything more than a day or two of Jay being off air, not because I am a supporter of Jay, but because how can I ever believe in the integrity of anyone put on the air by 96.9 after this?
How will I know that free speech isn't being suppressed because someone complained?

Jay is a bigot racist just like everyone else in America....I am a white American born and raised in Boston.. and very proud of it......Freedom of speech is great, but you need to be careful how you word things.... My wife is Mexican , we have 3 beautiful kids, they are half mexican. If he was knocking Italians and Irish , Polish, Etc what would ya say then......

Lets hope I don't see my buddy Jay walking down the street.

  1. It is always hilarious to see on hear 'Jay is right', or 'What has he done wrong?'

How can anyone defend his comments to quote:
"Emergency rooms are condos for mexicans' or ' Mexicans are leeches'

It is shameful on his behalf and to all of you who still wonder what he did wrong to defend this B grade political hack.

You can't jusrt denigrate ANY ethnicity and he has been doing that with muslims and mexicans. In 2004 he said we should kill all muslims and he didnt learn from that. He calims we should bomb somalia like everyone is somalia is a pirate.

Shame of all of you who defneds him. That is not freedom of speech; get over it; he incites hatte and I know that his base love those so of course Jay can't do wrong. He knew his limits and he blew it. WTKK has every right as an employer to impose their standards. Jay can't be just nice about something he has to get downright racial. Imagine how it reflects on WTKK and their sponsors just having one of their employee behaving in such a way, it would be bad. So everything aside he got what he derserved ..end of story. Defend his commnets and shame on you.

We've left that southern border open and undefended for far too long. As a would-be "Presidental Advisor" once said in one of his 'sermons' , the chckens (swine?) have come home to rooost (or in this case wallow?!).

Maybe we should boycott the station's advertisers because this anti-free speech suspension is offensive to all listeners with an intact brain stem.

Posted by Mucho Gusto May 1, 09 04:19 PM
  1. While I almost never agree with him, I've enjoy Jay's show because it forces me to come up with sound reasoning for my own personal stance on issues.

He's way over the top... if you're an avid listener and disagree with that, then you're living in your own world. However, I'm sure I can speculate that the station has put up with it for years because he's a HIT. Who doesn't love controversy? Jay brings it everyday! So I'm not sure what is *new* about these brief remarks... or what fueled enough furor to result in an indefinite suspension this time around!?!?! Maybe someone prominent was listening in during this particular show? Who knows? You can bet it amounted to money and sadly (or ironically) Jay finds himself in the same seat as his former icon, Don Imus.

Be it as it may, I am not sure the suspension was warranted (even though I detest most of what Jay says and he often makes my stomach churn). I'd rather hear the devil speak to my face than have him cut me off at the ankles while I'm not looking (not calling Jay the devil, it's just a metaphor).

And for all you "This is a violation of the First Amendment" people... you guys are laughable. I'm sure most of you have never been to law school, let alone read the COTUS... The First Amendment ONLY bars SOME government (federal, state, and municipal) action which infringes upon someone's freedom of speech. Last I looked, WTKK isn't anything close to a government entity... Speech isn't free people... read the COTUS and be informed!

  1. I don't listen to Jay, I am from St.. Louis. What struck my attention was the fact that free speech is only permissible if you are talking about white americans. You can call us anything you want and it is ok. Here in Missouri we have HUGE problems with the ILLEGAL aliens, nowadays you can't say one bad thing about and ILLEGAL but they are using up billions, maybe trillions now of dollars in our schools, hospitals, welface, food stamps and crime. BUT! They are new voters for Democrats. So the Globe doing this is perfectly understandable but not in fairness and first ammendment rights.

  1. Jay says things in an over the top way but he is essentially right. Free speech is being stifled by this new PC/democratic/news media control of information in this country. This does not reflect the main thinking in this country and that is why your paper is failing and the Herald is alive and well. Maybe you should ask BO for a bail out!

  1. Way to go Jay. Say it like it is. You are right. You always have been right. This is just another way to take away our freedoms. Anybody who has listened to you consistantly knows that you are a true American and have always made the distinction between criminal immigrants and legal immigrants. You treat all with the respect they deserve. If the left does not want to hear the truth, they can turn on NPR or any of the networks or read the Times or the Globe.

  1. Who got to Who ? Scary creeping censorship...where is the "transparency" ?

...It's a promulgated fact that Democratic leadership wants to enact laws that will weaken Talk Show Hosts that in their opinion "castigate" them.

....This latest censorship action weakens all Talk Show Hosts + Any other citizen who speaks out the unwanted-hurtful-TRUTHS which Democrats don't want to be "Transparent".
.....I applaud Severon for his courage in speaking out TRUTHS when he knows that that "Powers-above-him" are continuing to look for an excuse to silence him & other Talk-show-hosts.

While I support his courage & right of free speech, I do believe Severon would get even more regular listeners & sponsors if he tones down his language e.g....
... Sometimes I learn from Severon's expert analysis...others times he makes me puke with his narrow minded "Liberatarion-like" opinions, his self-righteous interpretation of the Constitution, and especially his "pimp-like" playing around on the air with women who call in... seemingly for his own benefit & enjoyment.

  1. A quick tutorial on critical thinking as a I believe Mr. Severin most of supporters need a little help in this area. He is correct that illegal immigration is wrong. He is correct that the US is dealing with the problem correctly. If he had left it there he would be gainfully employed right now.
However, his comments are clearly mean spirited; offensive to Mexican's (and I would argue all rational humans); and intended to incite the passions of an unsophisticated audience. His ire should be focused on the Red Blooded Americans's who hire illegal aliens, exploit workers and cheat the government from tax revenue. These are the true criminals.
Economics 101: Eliminate the demand and you will eliminate the supply. Why isn't anyone calling for jail time for the entrepreneurs and managers that are engaging in criminal activity by paying illegal immigrants under the table? Where is the outrage?
It is time for those who are outraged to contact your local college and enroll in micro and macro-economics courses. Sorry to say it, but Severin and his supporters seem ignorant. They see the effect, but not the cause. Call your congressman and encourage the government to impose a $100K fine on any company hat knowingly hires illegals. Then, see how quickly the problem ends.

  1. Hmmmmm, I wonder, would Mr. J call the thousands of illegal europeans and canadians in this country "criminaliens", I doubt it.

I don't personally know the man, but the kind of invective, diatribe and filth that he spews smacks of racism and it definitely does nothing to push civilization progressively. In other words, in the scheme of things, Mr J is a mite on a tick on a worm feasting on a decaying feral animal's corpse.

Having said that he does have the right to spew his filth, however, the radio station also has the right to not have it on because they have a responsibility to the community at large, and they have exercised this right. Think of the classic line: freedom of speech doesn't mean you can scream FIRE in a movie theater.

Mr J, lulls his audience into thinking they are "in" with him, that they have some special knowledge that no one else is privy to. At least the gullible in his audience will think that, which I fear is a majority. And this is where the problem comes in. Mr. J is a "smart" man, he knows what he's doing, it's all about ratings. So he riles up those of his audience that eat up his every word like it's the gospel of god, and since they are the few "best and brightest" then gospel becomes prophesy which only they are in on. Please!

It's not surprising that there are people right on this comment site writing things like "truth hurts". First it points to the long way this country has to go to eradicate racism, despite having a black president. Has anyone writing these statements or has Mr J himself met and/or been around Mexicans or any dark person not from this country? I ask you, do you really think that all of them are criminals and have VD and are dirty? If so, then why do many hire them to be near their family? Who would hire a dirty, VD infested criminal to work at their own house or farm, near one's family?

The truth is Mr J will probably come back on the radio because he makes money for the station but what price does the community pay? Is anyone learning anything of worth from this kind of talk that you can't learn by reading a book?

I guess not in a text-messaging-gotta-have-it-now-Mc-twitter-I-don't-wanna-know society. I weep for America!

What is it about these statements that are any different now?

I do not always agree 100% with what he says so I filter out what does not fit for me. BUT I admire and respect his inteligence and his thoughtful political analysis and his wonderful manner of speaking. Do not let this gem go. He is the only reason I listen to that station he does and so do I. I will listen to my Chris Botti CD instead.

  1. Let me see here. I wonder why California...the haven for illegal aliens. Most from Mexico. Is going to be in the red 21 billion this year. I can only imagine how much debt is in there healthcare system. Add that to all the section 8 tenants here illegally. Prices of car insurance (to pay for all the Illegals who dont have it) Then on top of that loosing ..who knows how many 100's of millions of dollars on illegal aliens not paying taxes and working under the table..(not to mention them taking legal citizens jobs. I wonder how we would feel here. If we had to support millions of illegals. Our budget is going to have a major shortfall.Let'sinvite all the illegalsr here..and Mass can pay for them.

  1. I will not listen to Tkk until Jay is back. We do live in America and where is freedom of speech banned? The Liberals have the television air ways so the Conservatives have the radio, so whats wrong with that. I never listen to television opinions, but I do have the radio. Tkk has not been the same since Jay has lost his freedom of speech. The newspapers have lost there readers because they were one sided and really did not report the news. Just their opinions.

  1. When are the people going to wake up and relize you have to work for what you have and we should not give anyone a free ride, can you go behind the counter at the bank, well you should not be letting the Mexicans, Canadains, or any alien with out papers. Jay is RIGHT. Wake up people, Wake up people

  1. We may have reached the point of no return! Free speech only applys to those who "speak" political correctness ( read 1984) and pander to minorities. First Imus , now Jay, soon no talk radio at all. C.B. Wetherbee is correct - WAKE UP PEOPLE. Do you have an up-side-down mortage, pink slip, car lease you can't give away? Have you stopped shopping, highlighting your hair, cut back on vacations, eating out or childrens activities? Those of you who voted for "change",well hang on to your hat, because this is just the beginning! and you have only yourself to blame. Jay is stating a fact, as inconvenient as it may be, he is right. Those of you how were bamboozled by the canidates for "change" were wrong.

  1. There are no fools, like a liberal fools! Political correctness will go down in history as the undoing of America from within.

Forget the communist, forget radical Islamic forces looking to destroy America, it will be the republic of Cambridge, Americas always wrong, cant blame the criminal because society drove them to it crowd that will takes us down.

Jay, good for you. You said nothing that wasnt the truth. They are criminals, they broke into my country and they are stealing from me my family.

This is the kind of "CHANGE" the Obama crowd had always hoped for.

  1. Jay, you hang in there...fortunately THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST have been documented in this country and we can be very influential!!

  1. i would love to hear someone tell us which comments by Jay are untrue. His plain-speak is just too much to handle for people who are afraid of facts.

  1. I could not understand why Jay was not on WTTK. I thought he might be on vacation. Then, today I found that another fairly well-known radio talk host has taken over Jay's time slot. I truly cannot believe this! I'm shocked.

I heard him that day. I personally do not feel that Jay should lose his job over
those comments especially when he is correct. What he really meant to say was condos for Mexican illegal immigrants. The majority of listeners knew to whom he was referring and so did the Boston Globe. I feel that WTTX was just waiting for an opportunity to suspend or terminate Jay. I hope another radio station will pick him up very soon. I MISS JAY!

  1. Society no longer wants the truth, so for our future and our childrens we will pay for the "rights" of the illegal immigrants...If Jay and more like him would
run for a Government office maybe we could someday have things right again....When Jay goes off the air there's no need to listen...Fox is still available until that is taken away too...Good luck to all of us in the next 4 years if we can servive the taxes and paying the illegals way maybe people will see
    their mistakes

  1. The "criminaliens" and "condos for mexicans" comments, as derogatory and racist as they are, were not all he said. He also said this horridly racist and eurocentric stuff..

"...We are talking about illegal immigration. So now, in addition to venereal disease and the other leading exports of Mexico -- women with mustaches and VD -- now we have swine flu... When we are the magnet for primitives around the world -- and it's not the primitives' fault, by the way, I'm not blaming them for being primitives, I'm merely observing they are primitives -- and when you scoop up some of the world's lowest of primitives in poor Mexico and drop it down in the middle of the United States -- poor, without skills, without language, not share our culture, not share our hygiene, haven't been vaccinated... Millions of leeches from a primitive country come here to leech off you.... Now, at this particular moment in history, they are exporting to us a rather more active form of disease, which is the swine flu..."

So Jay feels that people from Mexico are generally primitive, without language, and less hygenic than Americans. If you agree with him, if you support someone who would be so insulting to our core American values of tolerance and diversity, then you should be ashamed.
