Teddy's Take: Keeping Your Eye on the Ball

QUINCY -- Three-year-old Patrick Sullivan squared off Saturday during opening day of the Houghs Neck T-ball league at Labrecque Field. The league is designed for 3- and 4-year-olds with some unique rules: No one tallies runs or outs, and an inning consists of every player coming to the plate to bat.
