The Esmeralda, a training vessel for the Chilean Navy, arrived to a warm greeting Tuesday at the Charlestown Naval Yard. The tall ship will be berthed until May 29 at Pier 1, just yards from the USS Constitution. Visitors are welcome from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Esmeralda will depart for Baltimore on May 30.
