Road closures for the week of June 21

Road closures and other transportation advisories for the week of June 21:

Two or three lanes of I-93 South will be closed approaching and through downtown Monday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The ramps from Tobin Bridge on Route 1 South and Rutherford Avenue/Charlestown City Square to I-93 South and Storrow Drive will be closed Tuesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Storrow Drive on-ramp to I-93 South will be closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.

The Haymarket on-ramp to I-93 South and the Callahan Tunnel will be closed Monday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-93 South Exit 23 to Purchase Street will be closed Monday through Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Two or three lanes of I-93 North from South Bay through downtown and Charlestown will be closed Monday through Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Thursday and Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The underpass from Storrow Drive eastbound to I-93 North and Tobin Bridge will be closed Monday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Sumner Tunnel on-ramp to I-93 North will be closed Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Haymarket on-ramp to I-93 North will be closed Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-93 North Exit 23 to Government Center will be closed and detoured Monday and Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.

One lane of I-90 (MassPike) East in the Ted Williams Tunnel will be closed Sunday, and Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Lanes on I-90 (MassPike) West near the Ted Williams Tunnel will be closed from Monday through Thursday.

Newton City Hall is hosting a second signup on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for motorists to receive a free transponder for the Fast Lane automated toll service that will be ready for use the next day.

The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority is once again opening its service areas to farmers' markets to showcase locally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables and "made in Massachusetts" products.

For the next several months, maintenance crews will be doing repair work on sections of I-90 (MassPike) East and West from the I-90/I-93 interchange in Boston to the New York state line from 7 a.m. or 9 a.m., depending on location, to 3 p.m. weekdays.

A paving project will be underway on I-90 (MassPike) East and West between Exits 11 and 12 in Hopkinton and Westborough.

Lanes will be closed on I-90 (MassPike) East and West near Boston University Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Lanes will be closed on I-90 (MassPike) East and West near the Prudential Tunnel to Exit 24 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Congress Street on-ramp to I-93 South and I-90 (MassPike) West will be closed Thursday and Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
